In addition she has led the chorus during their visits to Ireland to the Irish Barbershop Convention, to the Llangollen International Eisteddfod, to three performances at the Sweet Adelines International Convention in the United States and to two performances at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Nearer to home, Gwen has lent her artistic flair to developing original shows for the chorus which are regularly performed in and around Aberdeen, including the annual Christmas show.
This, together with her ability to arrange songs for the chorus not readily available in the barbershop style, such as Scottish songs, has allowed the Aberdeen Chorus to produce original and exciting shows in their unique a cappella style.
